Good mo~rning!

Tomorrow is the J-WAVE event we talked about when we were live on J-WAVE radio the other day.

Iya~, live radio makes me nervous...
If you listened to us, you understand what I mean (^^;) lol

But, but, we received mails from lots and lots of people while we were on the air, and it made us really happy!
We read all of them!
It made our hearts race!

Thank you!

Please enjoy tomorrow's show!^^

I wanna do a concert soon!

See you later (^-^)/

When I'm hungry -> I eat sweets

and then

the chances of wrecking my tummy are

But it does depend on the sweets.

These are nice to my tummy!

Right now we're on the shinkansen!

Soon we'll be in Tokyo.

See you later~☆

We went to 802
2009.11.12 / 11:02

We were just at FM802*!

The DJ had a really nice voice!
You'd assume a DJ would have to have a good voice, because that's their job, but it's not always the case!
I liked it.

Late last night I was playing chinese checkers all by myself.
You know chinese checkers, right? Anyway, it's a game where you have to get to the other side of the board.

But it's not much fun to play by yourself^^

I always win☆

Well then, later.

Today we wer in the studio.*

To tell the truth, recently I didn't want to see any other people, so I really hated going to the studio, but the other two seemed so normal that I felt silly for sitting around worrying by myself lol

Having friends like that really makes me happy(^-^)

It's a bit random, but after a long time I've been listening to BILL EVANS again.
I can't get enough of his poignancy.

I want to drink scotch, but as I don't have any I'll have to make do with sake...

My favorite album is
The atmosphere they create with just piano and guitar really makes my chest tight.

I want to write songs that take people's breath away like that.

I want to write lots of great songs and release great albums!!

Please look forward to it, alright?

Hi there!
Yesterday I made sure that I was awake to watch Countdown TV!

Having such a cute character say our band's name... I was just so happy!

We'll keep working hard every day so that we can be heard by lots more people!

This is something that happened this morning, but
even though I didn't set it, the Anpanman alarm clock in my room suddenly went off.

I was groggy with sleep and didn't know how to turn it off, so apparently I just took the batteries out of the bottom.

When I woke up, Anpanman was lying on his side with his batteries removed.

The clock said 5:15.

I just left him there when I got up, but in the evening I felt sorry for him and helped him out by putting his batteries back in.

A little bit later, when I looked at the clock, the time was perfectly correct.

Even though the batteries had been taken out.

For just a second I was really scared, but then I realized I must have put the batteries back in exactly twelve hours later.

I guess coincidences really do happen!

Oh, it just happened to be in my house, by the way; it's not like I'm an Anpanman maniac or anything!

But recently I like smooth bean paste more than lumpy bean paste.

I like akafuku mochi!^^

Well, see you later☆

College Festival
2009.11.6 / 13:23

The other day I went to Be~'s college festival!!

Oh, that's right, he's a college student! lol

Or did you already know that?\(^_^)/

He's in a music club, so they had a concert.
And Kawabe-kun was playing the drum on stage.

Uwaaa, that felt weird to watch!!

I discovered a lot of things, just by watching him from a different point of view.

He's actually pretty cool-looking!!

I'm just joking. lol
I'll never ever be able to see one of our own shows, so it was a really valuable chance to study and learn.(^-^)

There were lots of other bands there, and I was hoping to find a WEAVER copy band, so that we could come up behind them during their show and it would be like, "Ta-DA!! Here's the real thing!!" lol
But there weren't any WEAVER copy bands.(^-^)
We'll have to work harder.

I don't feel very comfortable in that atmosphere though, because I'm not a student, so I just watched the show and then left right away. lol
On the way home, I ate at Nishinomiya Gardens!!
Coldstone (^O^)/
They sang a song for me! So fun! lol

But there weren't enough people making the ice cream, so after they made everyone else's and sang, only mine was left and they just threw it together really fast.(^O^)/

What the heck?!

Good Friends
2009.11.5 / 0:21

So cute!

They sure look like good friends.

You know how sometimes, even though two guys are enemies in the manga or anime version of something, they're working together in the movie?
Or how during a play, they may hate each other, but they shake hands during the curtain call?

I think that type of thing is great.

I feel really relieved.

It's good to get along.

Alright, goodnight!☆

Minami Wheel!

It's a fun event.^^

People in the area around BIGSTEP was really getting into it, and it was really cheerful.

Everyone really loves music and concerts, don't they?

Lots of people came to see our show too!
Osaka MUSE had to turn people away at the door! Thank you all so much.
It was so fun I can't even explain it!
On Friday, November 27th, at Kobe VARIT., we'll be doing a longer show than yesterday's, so if you couldn't come to our show yesterday, please come then.^^
It's a concert at our home venue!

By the way, yesterday we got a signboard to congratulate us.
The other members say that the picture of me really looks like me.
You really think so?!

Portraits make me feel so happy!^^
I can tell at a glance that someone really spent some time and worked hard on them.

At the after-party yesterday,
we talked about how the time we spend making a song is really pretty small,
when you consider the things that people spend time on for us.

I think that's really true.

We'll do our best.

See you later!

It's delicious!(^-^)/

MINAMI WHEEL is over!!

Our first show after the Budoukan.

Honestly, this one made me more nervous than the Budokan show did! lol

It was an important show for us because we wanted to see what sort of show we could do after playing the Budoukan.

But we really enjoyed playing our own show!!

I said this during the show too, but thanks to everyone who chose to come see WEAVER at MUSE out of all the choices available.
Because of the size, we could see everyone's faces, even in the back. It's a great little venue!(^-^)

By the way, this was the first time this year MUSE has had to turn people away at the door...
Thinking that there are people who couldn't fit inside to see us is both happy and sad...
But we're really happy that people from outside the area came to see us, and Minamide-san too! Thanks! lol

Afterwards we went to a restaurant that was in the Michelin Guide.
The prices weren't written in the menu.
Soooooo scary~!

And today we're recording in the studio.
Lack of sleep, hungover, dead. orz

Today I actually phoned in a radio interview.

It didn't make me very nervous, though

I'm not a person who can stand still while on the phone, so I walked around in circles around the room.

It made me kinda dizzy!

I don't like talking on the phone!

My voice is low, so it sounds like I'm not very enthusiastic, and

I can't use gestures to express myself

so it feels like I don't come across very well.

That's why I don't like it.

Speaking of gestures,

there are people who bow while they're talking on the phone, right?

Well, I guess everyone does.

And there people who get so into racing video games that they move their whole bodies around, right?

Without knowing it, my dad moves his head back and forth.

The other day, when we were using a tape recorder for our radio interview,

Sugimoto-kun showed off his best manners, saying

"Hi, nice to meet you! I'm WEAVER's pianist and vocalist, Sugimoto!"

If the DJ were there, it'd be completely natural but,

the only thing before us was the tape recorder!

It was kinda funny.

Tomorrow is MINAMI WHEEL.

I can't wait!

I'll put everything I've got into our show!

Look forward to it!
